Quince Real Estate Limited has a collective staff experience of over 30 years in the Kenyan and East African real estate sector. He currently heads our Estate Agency Department.

Stephen is responsible for giving the organization direction and spearheading growth. He is a registered and practicing valuer with competence and experience in all spheres of asset valuation including Land and Buildings, Plant and Machinery and Rental Assessment. He also acts as the lead expert in feasibility studies, market research and highest and best use analysis assignments in the firm. He currently heads our Project Management, Research and Development Department.
